What Mutually is — and isn’t

Mutually is a conversational tool for thinking through relationship confusion. It is not therapy, not medical or mental-health treatment, not professional advice, and not a crisis service. Nothing here replaces a licensed professional. If you’re in danger or crisis, call or text 988 or call 911.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Mutually.

Subscriptions & billing

• Your first session is free. Continued use requires a subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Manage subscription.
• Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or resell it, and no use that’s illegal or that harms others.

No guarantees

Mutually is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee any particular outcome, and to the fullest extent allowed by law we aren’t liable for decisions you make based on a conversation. Responses are AI-generated and may be wrong.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
